What is the gift wrap service?

If you want to order a gift, we can gift wrap the items and add your own personal message in a gift card, making your present more special.

How to make a gift wrap order?

After clicking “add to cart” and “check out”, you will see the “gift wrap” option.

Please note that normal purchase and gift-purchase are two separate processes. If you choose the “gift wrap” option, all the items added to cart above will be considered as o­ne gift order, they are wrapped all together, and charged the gift wrap service. For more than o­ne recipient, please start a new purchase and gift option.

How much does the gift wrap service cost?

Gift wrap o­nly: S$2.0

Gift message: free simple gift card

When you order the gift wrap service, we will choose the most appropriate type of wrapping for your items. If we are unable to wrap an item that is too big or in special shape, we will let you know.

Gift message are printed o­n gift cards for all orders. You can add o­nly o­ne gift message per order. To leave messages o­n the gift card, please click contact us and type in your message in the enquiry box.

Please note that we do not have gift wrap for Home Décor items.

Can I get a refund o­n gift wrap?

Once you order the gift wrap service, we do not refund the gift wrap service charge if you want to cancel it later.

Please make sure that your gift messages are as correct as you want it to be. We are unable to change the gift message o­nce it is wrapped and dispatched.
