PAYMENT
All prices shown are in SGD$, and include GST.

For paying by credit card, accept credit card payments via Paypal, no exceptions.
For paying by cash: cash will be collected during self-collection of the item.
When there is discount offered, the item price shown is the original price. Before you make the payment, all details of the payment process, include the price after discount will be listed.
DELIVERY
To ensure the safety and conservation of the items during delivery process, we will wrap them carefully depending on their size and shape. All jewelry items are put in boxes. Belts and handbags are wrapped in bubble-wrap. And home décor items are also packed in suitable boxes.
After payment, your order will be delivered WITHIN THREE working DAYS (standard delivery) to the address provided on Paypal. Within Singapore, we use Singpost service.
Delivery charges:
- All kinds of jewelry: free delivery
- Handbags: $3.5
- Belts: $2.4
- Lacquer: $5
- Bamboo: $10 If you purchase more than 1 item, the delivery charges will be applied to the item that has the highest delivery charge. Eg, purchased items include bracelet, handbag and CD-shelf, then the delivery charge is based on that of the CD shelf.
If you do not receive your items within 3 days, please let us know ASAP.
For self-collection, please contact us to make an appointment.
RETURN & REFUND
All the items are checked and packed carefully before delivery.
If there is something wrong happening to the original package, please contact us immediately within the day of collection. We will try to find out what happened and work out a suitable solution. There is no return or refund for items once sold out.
GIFT WRAP SERVICE
If you want to order a gift, we can gift wrap the items and add your own personal message in a gift card, making your present more special.
The charge for Gift wrap is $2.0 only, and free simple gift card
When you order the gift wrap service, we will choose the most appropriate type of wrapping for your items. If we are unable to wrap an item that is too big or in special shape, we will let you know.
Gift messages are printed on gift cards for all orders. And you can only add one gift message per order. To leave message for the gift card, please “contact us”.
Please note that we do not have gift wrap for Home Décor items.
Once you order the gift wrap service, we do not refund the gift wrap service charge if you want to cancel it later.
