DELIVERY
To ensure the safety and conservation of the items during delivery process, we will wrap them carefully depending on their size and shape. All jewelry items are put in boxes. Belts and handbags are wrapped in bubble-wrap. And home décor items are also packed in suitable boxes.
After payment, your order will be delivered within 3 working days (standard delivery) to the address provided on Paypal. Within Singapore, we use Singpost service.

-Bamboo: $10
If you purchase more than 1 item, the delivery charges will be applied to the item that has the highest delivery charge. Eg, purchased items include bracelet, handbag and CD-shelf, then the delivery charge is based on that of the CD shelf.
If you do not receive your items within 3 days, please let us know ASAP.
For self-collection, please contact us to make an appointment.
RETURN & REFUND
All the items are checked and packed carefully before delivery.
If there is something wrong happening to the original package, please contact us immediately within the day of collection. We will try to find out what happened and work out a suitable solution. There is no return or refund for items once sold out.
